Tülay is an expert in Customer Strategies and has led large scale customer strategy and customer insight projects in various industries like banking, telecoms, logistics, retail and conglomerates. In her recent engagements she has designed and set up customer analytics and loyalty platforms for the largest book retailer, optics retailer and fashion retailer in Turkey. She managed the conceptual and functional design of the big data and coalition platform for one the biggest conglomerates of the country. Previously she was leading the customer strategies department for a large apparel retailer group. In her consulting role, she has led quite a number of customer insight projects in the MEA region for over 15 years.

MUSTAFA FUAT VARDAR

Mustafa Fuat Vardar is an expert on Digital Transformation and he has helped various clients in their digital transformation journeys and channel management strategies in retail, media and telecommunications sectors in EMEA Region. Coordinating digitalization efforts of the leading media company, managing the digital transformation strategy project of a leading bank, coordinating the digital maturity assessment & roadmap development one of the leading retail conglomerates, leading the strategy design, process development & vendor selection of the leading digital loyalty schemes and managing the omnichannel transformation of an apparel retail groups are the major examples types of projects which Mustafa engaged in. Previously he has been coordinating investment opportunities of the leading media group including MCN acquisition, video growth, digital monetization content partnerships and new investments in classified businesses.
