We are seeking talented and highly motivated digital strategy consultants to join our fast-growing consulting practice. We are looking for digital and customer transformation consultants with an experience in media, telecommunication, ecommerce and banking with a functional experience in mobile applications, web-based information management and digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Work with our clients to develop a vision & strategy, implement organizational processes, and support change management within their organization
- Work with the project manager to ensure a successful and timely delivery of a customized implementation that meets client expectations
- Develop deep business insights that lead to actionable strategies.
- Understand the importance of digital and data to create actionable and quantified business outputs.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience with a few years functioning as a Manager in a Consulting environment.
- Experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns; conducting customer analytics; designing digital customer experiences
- Familiarity with customer / marketing related technologies including CRM & Social
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, business development, & product management organizations.
- Ability to work independently; lead teams focused on specific work streams of large projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills and MS Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
